The Cyberjaya Graduate Attachment and Training programme (GREAT) is an initiative by Cyberview Sdn Bhd to assist local graduates from institutions of higher learning to gain formal training and work exposure in order to help increase the quantity and quality of human capital supply in the country. The GREAT Programme provides a platform and necessary training for graduates to be exposed to the real working environment. It aims to increase employability of graduates and to help reduce the number of unemployed graduates through opportunities in the ICT industry. The CYBERJAYA GREAT programme is a value-added advantage to promote Cyberjaya as the hub of MSC Malaysia and a centre of excellence for the development and supply of skilled workers. The programme is beneficial for Malaysia to facilitate the Government’s call to continue moving up the economic value chain so that the country can be a real player in the innovation economy.
