The Cyberjaya Graduate Attachment and Training (GREAT) programme is a capacity building initiative drawn up by Cyberview to meet the demand of knowledge workers in Cyberjaya and to provide training for graduates to help them become industry relevant.

Attachment for graduates through a programme specifically designed to enhance their employability and career mobility.

The objectives of the Cyberjaya GREAT programme are, among others:

To meet the demand and supply of knowledge workers for companies based in Cyberjaya;

To develop high quality human capital;

To provide companies in Cyberjaya with the right candidates and with the right skills, with the knowledge and with the right attitude;

To ascertain suitability between graduates and the available jobs in market i.e. job-matching;

To equip participants of Cyberjaya GREAT programme with relevant knowledge and skills, and the right attitude upon entering real working environment;

To promote and retain employment rate and job opportunities despite the current economic slowdown.

The GREAT Programme consists a six-month training module that comprises of two training components:

Executive Training (1 month)

On-the-job training (5 months)
