Job Description

  • Design and copy development for all above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line) BTL communication materials / tools and activities through effective and timely coordination of production works
  • Coordinate the sourcing, production, execution and delivery of ATL and BTL communication materials to internal and external stakeholders through effective and efficient processes and practices
  • Ensure active and timely update of content, messages and promotion materials
  • Liaise with creative agencies, printers, suppliers and other 3rd party affiliates for the development and delivery of ATL and BTL communication
  • Monitor organisation’s adherence to the brand policy and guideline to ensure company-wide ATL and BTL communication are aligned to the brand strategy and messaging
  • Actively propagate the company’s ethos to build desired brand image through internal and external brand engagement activities.
  • Monitor and ensure quality control of all ATL and BTL communication materials
  • Develop effective content and manage internal communication channels which includes email blast, internal screens and intranet, etc;
  • Coordinate and support internal engagement activities; i.e town hall, beanbag sessions, festive activities etc;
  • Support the implementation of PR, digital media and events activities
  • Undertake procurement activities and tracks budget spending for the Unit
  • Deliver ad-hoc task(s) as and when required by the Management

Requirements 

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent with a CGPA of 3.00 and above
  • Fresh grad or 1 year experience in marcom / branding / advertising / digital media, or equivalent. Experience in copywriting is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Multimedia Applications (Adobe & Macromedia).
  • Strong verbal and written English; creative and independent; self-starter
  • Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
