Calling for All Companies in Cyberjaya. Time for a Little Healthy Competition!

In conjunction with the Cyberjaya 20 Anniversary celebration, we are bringing together businesses and companies in Cyberjaya for a day of endless FUN. What is the challenge like? We’ll give you a hint. Ever heard of Running Man?

Registration

Once you have convinced your team that this is the best way to have fun as a team while mingling around with the Cyberjaya community and assemble your warriors, you are ready and set to register. Follow these steps.

Rules & Regulations

  1. Good sportsmanship is encouraged among team members and supporters.
  2. Penalties will be imposed on team for improper behavior or poor sportsmanship by its team members a supporters.
  3. In case of bad weather, the Game Marshall shall make a final decision on cancellation or postponement.
  4. Food and drinks are not allowed in the Challenge Circuit and Games Area.
  5. The games do not run concurrently. Hence each player is entitled to play more than 1 game.

Teams & Registrations

  1. Team members MUST register in teams.
  2. Teams must register at the secretariat booth from 2.30 pm – 3.00 pm.
  3. Team members are advised to come early to avoid congestion during registration and delay in the programme.
  4. Team Leaders are responsible for the timeliness of their team members.
  5. Briefing will be done by the Game Marshall.
  6. Team members must adhere to the rules and instructions given by the Game Marshall before each game.
  7. Team leader is responsible to find a replacement for a ‘no show’ team member. Incomplete teams will be disqualified in the event that a replacement is not found at the start of each game.
  8. Each team must spare one substitute in case of any injuries.

Attire

  1. Suitable sports attire are required for all participating team members.
  2. Jeans and slippers are strictly not allowed.

First Aid & Medical

  1. Team members must be in good health.
  2. Team members must inform the Game Marshall if they have a medical condition or allergy that may affect their participation in the challenge.
  3. Team members who are injured can be replaced by other team members.

MINI BIKE CHALLENGE

How to Play It
EACH GROUP NEEDS TO HAVE 4 REPRESENTATIVES

  1. The game is to race using a mini bike(manual) until the finish line
  2. This game is similar to the “pass baton” game, but instead of passing the baton, players will have to pass their bike to their team members.
  3. Players need to complete certain tasks before passing their bike.
  4. There will be 3 task stations; Watermelon Eating Station, Jenga Station and Water Balloon Toss Station.
  1. Watermelon Eating Station

How to play this game

  1. Before proceeding to the next station, the player has to finish 1 slice of watermelon.
  2. After finishing the watermelon, the player can pass the bicycle to the next teammate.

Rules and Regulation

  1. The players must finish eating the watermelon given.
  2. The players must not throw up.
  3. Each player has to eat only one slice of watermelon.
  1. Water Balloon Toss Station

    How to play this game
  1. The second players, must complete the water balloon game before passing their bikes.
  2. There will be water balloons provided in a pail at the station.
  3. The players need to take 1 water balloon from the pail, throw the balloon upwards in the air and catch it back before putting it into another pail.
  4. Once they completed the task, they can pass their bikes to the next teammate.

Rules and Regulations

  1. Players must repeat the task until they successfully place 1 water balloon into the other pail.
  1. Jenga Game Station

How to play this game

  1. The third players will have to place Jenga blocks onto a flat surface. Then, stack the blocks in sets of three to build a tower that is 18 blocks high. Each new layer of three parallel blocks should be rotated 90° along the horizontal axis from the last layer.
  2. Make sure that the structure is sturdy. The block layers should interlock so that the tower stands tall without any external support. Use hands or a flat, solid object to smooth out the sides.

Rules and Regulations

  1. The Jenga set should include 54 blocks. However, if players have missing blocks, they can just build the tower as usual.
  2. If the block collapses, the players have to build again until it is steady.
  1. Last Paddler

The final task for the last players is to just paddle hard to reach the finish line

 

KNEE TREMBLER

How to Play It
EACH GROUP NEEDS TO HAVE 4 REPRESENTATIVES

  1. Players will have to take oranges/balls and put them on the ground
  2. Using only their knees, players must take turns in picking up the oranges/balls one at a time from the ground and transfer them into a hoop across the room.
  3. They will then have to get back in line and do it again until all oranges/balls are in the hoop.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Players CANNOT use their hands to pick up the oranges/balls.
  2. If the oranges/balls fall over, players must take it back using their knees.
  3. The next player must wait until their team members are done dropping the oranges/balls first.
  4. Oranges/balls that did not end up in the hoop, will not be counted.

OFFICE TENNIS

How to Play this Game

EACH GROUP NEEDS TO HAVE 2 REPRESENTATIVES FOR THIS GAME

  1. Players will start where some clipboards and balls have been placed, with clipboards in hand. When the one-minute timer begins, grab a paper ball and start hitting it, tennis style, back and forth as players move down the first foul line without going over it.
  2. When players get close to the wastebasket, players have to hit the paper ball so it lands inside. The number of ball that end up in the basket will be counted.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Players cannot cross the first foul line before the first back and forth volley has been completed.
  2. Players cannot cross the second foul line at all, for any reason.
  3. No player may double-hit the ball or carry it on the clipboard.
  4. If a ball falls, is double-hit, or carried, it must be abandoned and the game starts over as long as there's still time on the timer.
  5. You must volley the ball back and forth - you cannot simply try to use the clipboard as a baseball bat and try to land the paper ball inside without moving it down the foul line first.
  6. To win the game, one of the paper balls must land inside the trash can within the one-minute time limit. It must stay in the basket without bouncing back out.

ELEPHANT TRUNK

How to Play this Game

3 PLAYERS FOR EACH TEAM

  1. Each group will be represented by 3 players.
  2. When the whistle is blown, the players have to make a spin (10 rounds).
  3. Once they are done spinning, all team players should gather in one hula hoop (minimum of 1 leg must be in the hoop).
  4. Task must be completed in 45 seconds

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. No touching or holding hands are allowed along the way to the hula hoop
  2. Penalty will be given if one of the team players steps out from the game area.

TEA PARTY

How to Play this Game
THIS GAME NEEDS 1 REPRESENTATIVE FROM EACH TEAM

  1. Each player will have to wear a cap with 2 tea bags attached. 
  2. The player must get 2 teabags on the lip of their cap to the top without using their hands in 60 seconds or less.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Players CANNOT use their hands.
  2. They must complete the task within 1 minute.
