The establishment of the SME Technopreneur Centres in Cyberjaya is in line with Government aspirations to provide office space which is competitive and affordable for SME companies. The SME Technopreneur Centres are not just real estate, it also includes a total, comprehensive support system for the SMEs operating within.
It also provides value added features such as helpdesk, meeting rooms, board room, seminar room, reading lounge, gymnasium, data centre, free open space parking and internet hotspot. The centres are guarded 24 hours by security personnel and equipped with CCTV systems.
Resource Support Services Centre (RSSC), is a dedicated team within the centre providing support services to tenants via a ‘one-stop interface’ which serves to nurture and facilitate the growth of the SME companies.

HOW TO BOOK THE SME 1 BUILDING? TENANCY PROCESS
Tenant to submit the Enquiry Form to the RSSC Unit together with a booking deposit of RM 1,000 made payable to Cyberview Sdn Bhd.

Note: The Booking deposit will be converted into renovation deposit once the Tenancy Agreement has been signed. The renovation deposit is refundable within 14 days from the completion date of the renovation, less any sum of money require to make good any damage made to the Premises or Centre (if any). Our building Manager will do the inspection after renovation is completed before releasing the amount due.
